The usual process for our clients is;-
Step 1: Complete an enquiry form and submit it to lostsuper.com.au Step 2: We will contact you requesting proof of identity and further information if required so we are able to conduct our initial searches Step 3: We will contact you with our results and discuss with if you are eligible for our consolidation service to get all of your super into the one place so you save paying multiple sets of fees For consolidations we usually set up a new super fund for clients, and consolidate any existing as well as well as any lost super we are able to find into the new fund. Your new fund will also have an insurance component which we will discuss with you, as you often lose insurance benefits when rolling over super we have a duty of care to ensure your covered. We provide your current employer with all the details so they can pay into the new fund. You do not have to stay with your current employer default super - it is usually not your best option and default employer super is one of the main reasons people end up losing track of their superannuation We do all the leg work and you pay nothing out of your own pocket - we are reimbursed by the superannuation providers.
